Our recep­tion is not manned all the time. When you make your reser­va­tion, you will receive an access code with which you can get your room and hotel entrance key from our key box at the main entrance. So you are inde­pen­dent and can check in at any time.

Unser reich­haltiges Früh­stücks­büf­fet wird mit EUR 15,00/ Per­son berechnet.

You can use cof­fee, tea, water and fruit free of charge through­out. In addi­tion, there are two fridges on the first floor, which you can use for a fee. The water in the room is free of charge.

Wash­ing / dry clean­ing, iron­ing off premis­es (takes 2 days).
In-house wash­ing per machine EUR 15.00 (dura­tion one day).
Iron­ing board and iron on request in room.

On request, you will receive exit tick­ets for the pub­lic car park “Alter Mess­platz” (Wilde­mannstraße) and the under­ground car park “Schloss­garage” (Karl­sruher Straße) at EUR 12.00/ticket. These are valid once, regard­less of the park­ing duration.

Free WLAN access in the rooms and in the pub­lic areas.
We will be hap­py to print out your doc­u­ments at the recep­tion upon request.
All rooms have tele­phone. You can make nation­al calls free of charge.
